Dr. Danielle Ignace
Dr. Danielle Ignace (@IgnaceLab) is a member of the Coeur d'Alene tribe and an assistant professor of indigenous natural sciences at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Ignace specializes in the study of how global change caused by human impact affects ecosystem function and indigenous communities. She often speaks on indigenous issues, and is currently part of the DEI committee for the American Society of Plant Biology.
